When I change calipers I normally do a fill/bled on the bench prior to installing them on the car. This will take alot of the air out of the caliper and make bleding the brakes easier when everything is over with.

I dont see why you would want to change one, bleed one, change one, bleed one........ Seems like it would be easier to change them all then bled the entire system at once.
