On your clean side, is the drivers side valve cover capped at the rear and the barb on the CAI? Then it looks like all is correct and should not be an issue.....(the tech dosent know what he is talking about, will guarantee that).

Check to make sure the drain valve is closed (threads all the way extended and visable is closed, all the way retracted into the can is open) and how many miles since you drained it last? How much has it been catching? You can also try reinstalling the clean side line and swap the stock oil cap back from the breather.....but these motors have common oil leak issues (usually the front timing cover as complex as it is).

Catchcan cant cause leaks or any issues like described unless the checkvalve is backwards (should only flow away from the can). You have it all installed correctly, the pics look great.
