Yes, you should. Uneducated voters are why we're in this mess. The fact that you would even consider that government bailouts of private companies is even remotely withing the scope of the Constitution, is part of the problem.

He's not saying that, and there's no way you can get that from what he did say. Congress does a lot of things, it doesn't mean it's constitutional.
