I called the dealer, AGAIN, to find out if my car was shipped, he keeps telling me that the VIN # still has not come back on 'his' system. The worst part is that he doesn't even tell me that he has followed up with GM on this matter. He's giving me the impression of, when it gets here, then he'll deal with it. I'm really getting peaved at hearing this from him. I called GM Customer Service, spoke to a great car enthusiast, who was sharing in my excitement for the car. She checked it by the VIN# ( VIN# on the system), and told me it is still waiting for transport; she also did say that the car carrier companies are very busy, and that could be causing the delay. I know it's their job (GM Cust. Ser.), but at least she made inquiries to find out what I requested. Like I said before, the dealer survey, that will be sent to me, will be carefully filled out.
I'm finding that the service at that dealership really tanks the second they get your signature on a contract. I've gone days just waiting for a simple call back. Sucks that we have to be such ball breakers just to get a bare minimum of service!

I had a similar experience as you did with GM customer service though, they're much more helpful and willing to actually do some leg work.
