1LE wheel is a satin black. The black Concourse is Satin Black/Chrome lip as well, and will be pretty close. We can refinish the complete wheel in satin black, if you must have full black black.
The pic below shows a custom finished Satin Black face/Gloss Black lip. You can clearly see the difference in both finishes.
