I read the entire thread and have been following it since the beginning. One glaring thing you apparently missed was the OP saying "I called to f/u on 12/13. Was greeted by
rude employee service saying the brakes will be shipped when I get an email saying its shipped." Based on your response, I'm wondering if you're the one he talked to?
