I understand. There is so much out there on this, one just needs to do some serious research and decide for themselves.
Here is one site with some good info. I would say anyone that can compete in an Ironman compatition is super fit in my book. There are others out there that follow a plant base diet and do just fine. It is up to everyone to
make their own choice in this matter. We just know that it works for us. Susan has been running half marathons with no issues and this spring is going for her first full marathon. Once I get back on the road due to knee surgery we plan on doing the Rock & Roll Half in Las Vegas this coming December. You get to run the strip at night. That should be really cool to see.
