I like HTWLSS's suggestion about Regal Movies on TV Highway in Hillsboro so let's go with that.
I've done some searching, and it appears that the most common show times are in the 7:20 to 7:45 range. The 9ish shows start about 9:20. The movie is 2 hrs+.

So with that said.

I suggest the 7ish show on the 27th. My guess is that it will be shown in 2 theaters. I do believe there are some nice places to eat close by.
It's a 1:40 drive for me. So I plan on making it a day or an afternoon of it.
Someone suggest a restraunt or a time we all could meet at the theater. I'm sure people will want to oooo and aaahhh over our cars before the movie.

While it's still day light. You know a small "show and shine".
