Most say the throttle body is worth it. I don't really know, I haven't invested in it because I don't feel I need it at this point. Most say the tb helps the throttle response and with my mods I don't really have any lag at all so I haven't done it. For you, I would say give it a shot. For 150 it's not that big an investment.
