If you have been building "race cars" for 26 years, you would know that tire height has a huge impact on overall gearing. The difference in overall gearing of a 4th gen to a 5th gen is immense, smart guy.
And there is no way of sugar coating the fact that the 5th gen has POOR overall gearing. It's 4th gear is taller than some car's 5th gear, it's almost LIKE it has 3 regular gears and 3 overdrives.
And 4th gear will hit the limiter (155 mph).
