Your Chevy dealers aren't the bad guys...I don't know why the forum makes it out like that. Are there absolutely dumb dumbs that don't know sh*t about these cars at the dealers? YES! I work with a ton of them every day. But there usually is at least 1 person who is a product specialist or Camaro/Corvette specialist. find them and befriend them  |
The fact is the dealer threw away something that on paper says is required for towing, they should replace them. Since you work at a dealer why don't you help the guy out and order him a set.
