Could it be the belt slipping? For some odd reason, the steering wheel only squeaks when its warm or hot out. The last few days that it has been cold, the squeaking stops. So I thought maybe the belt became slightly more loss on warm days and slipped a little and contracted on cold days thus not letting it squeak.
Also, how hard is it to flush the power steering fluid so that I can at least do that and see if it helps
