Use brand new 3m tape and scrub the door panel really good. I've found that once double tape pulls from the surface it's junk. I won't use the vender names. But I've had to replace the tape on a lot of mods I've done. I use alcohol wipes and a good spray cleaner.
Not for nothing but I installed a full under car light set that I picked up at the fest last year. I installed it at a buddy's that had a lift. By the time I got home all the light strips were dragging
