I was initially lured by the bigger horsepower and the fact that ZL1 production was on hold at the time. After waiting almost four months for the Shelby, I had the chance to reconsider my choice.
I've always been a GM guy and it was a little strange walking into a Ford dealer when I ordered the Shelby.
I sold my 2009 CTS-V to get the ZL1 and as nice as the CTS-V was, I enjoy driving the ZL1 a LOT more. The ZL1 is the best of all worlds since it mixes the best of the CTS-V and a Corvette (my other ride).
