And I'm still not sure who to go through  It seems to everyone, a 17 year old that bought his own V8 Camaro would drive it fast, but I mean, come on! I'm a teenager, I don't drive fast.

See if your dad will add it to his policy, and have him as the primary driver, and you as secondary. Then just pay him the difference.
