Let's Define Heat Soak, an overused Term.
Heat soak is when the heat exchanger can no longer Lower the temp of the supercharger and becomes overwhelmed and IAT continues to climb.
All Superchargers Make heat somewhere in the neighborhood of 11 Degrees Per LB of boost, Some Higher Some Lower.
It is the Size of the intercooler and heat exchanger and fans that must remove this heat and bring it back as close to ambient as Possible, Again some are better at this than others.
Most all of the Superchargers today will have no problem recovering from a blast down the quarter mile or sitting in traffic.
And as soon as you get moving the temps drop.
Ted.
