I like your thinking and it's not entirely out of the realm of possibility. But I did not say I would be trading / selling it only that “I am not certain I will keep this car much longer”. In short, SS = Wife, ZL1 = Me!

Problem is when I propose this to my wife I am going to get the “I told you to get a ZL1 to begin with” speech and the “we don’t need 2 Camaro’s speech” (because she really wants a Challenger). So this will not be an easy negotiation but I will not sell the SS and take a 5-6K loss. Hell it's not even 3 month olds and less then 1300 miles.
