My codes are almost to the day of yours from 3000 to 3400. Called GMCS and was told that my SIM was 'on the assembly line' and may be available at the dealer in about 2 weeks. But----that's from the 800 line. I want to be optimistic and say my car was made at the same time yours was. Congrats!! and I'll keep my fingers crossed.
