I don't think most are being serious and even then a lot of the guys here have built a rapport with one another so some of the comments can seem like chest thumping bravado but that really isn't their intention.
A lot of times I see comments carried over from other threads as an inside joke to so posts on a forum can be misleading if you follow my meaning.
