Trailing Arms and some cradle bushing inserts will be the biggest help. I can tell you that from real world experience. You don't have to use just Pfadt products but they are a very good choice. There are other Mfgs that make good products as well. Toe Rods will help as well but Trailing Arms will give you more of an impact. Trailing Arms don't require an alignment, Toe Rods do.

I would say Pfadt or BMR are the most popular brands for Trailing Arms and Toe Rods used on here. You'll want to change out the bushing where the Trailing Arm connects to the Hub. I would stick to Pfadt for that bushing....BMR's have started to show some issues with higher HP cars. Untill they get that address I would stick to Pfadt for that even if you use BMR trailing arms.

Cradle bushings is right at the top of the list as well. At 450 HP you can still get by with using cradle bushing inserts instead of a full bushing. Much more though and you'll probably want to go to a full bushing. Pedders Street Z kit that has the cradle bushing inserts and radius rod inserts are a great bang for the buck. I tried the BMR style and had a hard time installing them correctly. I removed them after about 2 weeks and went with Pedders and never looked back.

I suggest calling and talking to Jordan over at JDP Motorsports who is also a vendor on here. He is a vendor for all these Mfgs and he can mix-n-match you a great combo to fit your budget. He has first hand experience with racing a 5th gen as well so he can recommend products that work.

BTW: if you do add some Toe Rods you'll have to have an alignment. Make sure to have the guy align your car using the Pfadt or Pedders "Aggressive Street" or "Performance Street" specs.
