Hello Canadian C5 members. I live about 30 min from The Dragon in west Knoxville, TN. Once you get away from Knoxville and Lenoir city area you end up in smaller, less known hotels and limited places to eat. West Knoxville ( Farragut ) has an abundance of well known hotels/motels and restaurants to fit all budgets. If you plan to do both the Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon in one day, it can be done BUT not matter which one you do first you end up having to go back to head towards NC.
