Yes there will be some not doing the cruise. The Friday party consists of Pizza, drinks (non alcoholic) and cake provided by the rally. This will be at roughly 7pm.
I'm sure a few people may head over to Old town. If memory serves we had to leave pretty early last year to get a spot there. 4:30ish
It was not brought back this year due to the cruise , party and we were not happy with how it went last year.
