A body shop wants me to paint the door and part of the hood to "color match" a new fender. Since the car is so new, is that even necessary? It's not like the black had a chance to fade...
A dealer will sell me the GM fender painted and ready to go (including replacement CAMARO letters installed) for a pretty good price. It sounds like the install will take some time, but not be all that complicated.
