As soon as I get home from work this afternoon and dig through my desk to find it, I will get it scanned and posted up.
As for the modification list, I think you've already covered everything that has been done to the car.
To the OP, I do apologize for my part in taking this thread way of topic. I, too, am interested in seeing and documenting the kinds of times the Gen5 is putting down and how the owners are getting there. I even started a thread awhile back to help centralize the data, but somehow it got merged with another thread with a similar intent and now it's just confusing to try and keep up with.
