So I guess anyone that gets in an accident with illegal tint, whether it be on the windshield or not, can be charged with manslaughter if they kill someone. Or maybe I'm wrong, because it sounds like it's ok to have illegal tint on the sides and back.

but as for tint laws, it varies by every state. its not 35% all over. California you can't have 70% in the front. Florida is like 35% and 20%. also the reflectiveness....just check up on your facts/laws bro  i don't appreciate being called a hypocrite undeserving because of my LEGAL window tint lol

Ok, let me rephrase. Anyone that has illegal tint on any of their windows can't talk crap about someone else's illegal tint, just because it is on their front windshield. Illegal sides and back is just as illegal as front.
