Interesting. I bought probably 20 Vehicles from Brown and Brown. They where great for so long. When the Owner left and his son took over the place went right down the drain. Had a Z06 on order and when Bowlingreen issued a Vin he marked it up 20K.
Course I told them where to stick the 20K
I don't think there is any Loyalty left in this business. I shopped around and yea I had also heard that about Freeway. Yet, oddly they honored my GM Employee discount, came through flawlessly on allocation and order on the Camaro. I think a dealer has to earn my business... by default I think they are ALL Only as good as the deal that is in front of them at the time.
Fact is.... The dealers that act badly MUST Change or they are history. Most of us can communicate so quickly that it could be fatal to screw over the wrong customer.
I hope your wrong on this. I'll keep you posted on how well they do, as I am thinking of giving up my C6 Coupe in favor of a Z06.
