Screw it. You're a crook. I tried to apologize and be diplomatic but to hell with it.
If the Bumblebee stripe you sell is perfect, why for 8 weeks have you not had a photo of it fitted on your website instead of a misleading computer graphic?? Look at the photo of the stripes MASTER posted of his stripes installed on his red SS - they are not perfectly parallel and equal width as your graphic demonstrates. They curve in just like mine (although not as bad), but they are NOT perfectly straight like your graphic indicates. Therefore, you sold me something under false advertisement. Do you want to do down that road? I think legally that's plenty of ground for a refund.
There is NO argument you can make on that. Two different cars and two different installations prove that your stripes do not run straight but curve and do not match the advertised picture on your site. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
If anybody DOES decided to deal with this guy DO IT THROUGH EBAY. He knows how to manipulate PayPal's dispute system, so if you PayPal him directly you are screwed. If you DO decide to deal with him go through eBay, that way they will protect you in a dispute and not let him get away with sending you crap.
For such an honest businessman and stand-up guy, WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
