Both of you are acting immature. This is a great community of individuals, is it nice to be told when there is a bad dealer yes, does the dealer have the right to defend himself yes. But at this point it is a standoff that nobody will win. The only thing you can do from this point is contact the BBB.
Moonsault, Rider isn't going to refund you your money thats it. Is it right or wrong it is a 50/50 thing your partially right but so is he.
The best thing to do at this point is forget about it take the hit in the pocketbook and just enjoy that beautiful car in your driveway. Trust me this car is a great stress reliever, just go take a drive and enjoy.
