What this essentially means (to me at least) is no tunes other than a piggy back, and be careful what other mods you do. A CAI is easily reverted to the OEM intake. Long Tube headers - not so much (though shorties you may be able to swap out without too many problems).
Basically - for mild modifications you should be alright. After that - proceed with caution. We should have it easier because they also seem to be targetting V8s for the most part, but...
