I need some help finding the rail car # for my car. I copied these instructions from another post and sent them to my salesman:
All they need to do is put the order # in global connect-order workbench tab-manage inventory tab-order inquiry. It will come right up even if they already reported the sale. If its not on the front page they can scroll down to the event history and see it there. Good luck.
His response was:
I got into global connect and order inquiry,
Your vehicle shows up but there is no column for rail car
Still working at finding it!
Am I missing something? Or, is it not on a rail car yet? Or, am I just getting too anxious?
