Don't take my word for it: http://www.caranddriver.com/features...d-tires-tested

Stock RS wheels are 31lbs, and for our V6 cars it REALLY hurts handling and acceleration.

getting aftermarket lighter weight wheels, even staying in 20", such as TSW or ForgeStar, you can get TSW 20x9 Nurburings that weigh only 22lbs! This is a 9lb difference per wheel, and 36lb total. Multiply this by the rotational mass factor of 6, and it's like dropping a whopping 216lbs Imagine what this does to your 0-60times, cornering speed, and handling! It makes a big difference.

For even better gains, go 18" wheels and drop car 1" w/ drop springs. Plenty of really nice 18" wheels in the 19-20lb range
