part 2
Now that the car was apart I learned a few things. Be very careful to take the wheel well bolts and brackets off. There are some plastic clips that the front fascia clips into that are very delicate. The instructions are spot on and the only things I will tell you is after the fascia is off unloosen the correct bumper bolts and hang the lower bracket one by one. Leave everything kind of loose and mock up the whole thing with the bumper cover off. Take a level and rest it on the push bar while you tweak the brackets and then tighten them down with the level still in place. Its very important you do not put everything together until you make sure its level. Once you feel good about it being level take off the push bar. You will end up with long brackets and it looks funny as hell. Slide the front fascia back on an you will notice on the RS model you have to cut out 2 black grill supports. Not a big deal if you plan to keep the push bar on for a long time. I cut mine out with a small hacksaw in about 10 sec.
Place the push bar on the brackets and put lock tight on all the bolts and snug it down. If you did everything right you will have it looking perfectly level with the nose of the car. If not you are screwed because to realign it the nose has to come off unless you wanted to put a washer under the push bar bolt holes.
The pictures below show the bar on and being balanced.
