Those 16-18 year-olds are just drowning in experience. It's not JUST my opinion. It is statistics. It's also... wait for it... experience. I know it. Insurance companies know it. Police know it. Adults (should) know it. This is a reality that a younger crowd needs to accept. Nothing wrong with it. Just the way things are.
