Not sure how accurate that app is and I wouldn't put much faith in it. You want accurate times take it to the track. If any of the cars that were not running right were mine, the first thing I would do is unhook the battery and let the car sit over night. This will reset the ECU. Then drive the car around for a few days, getting on it frequently. The computer will learn this is how you drive and you should see improved performance.
I know some don't want to do this because of any fault codes being cleared but if it threw a code once it will do it again if there is some thing seriously wrong with the car.
