A biger HE will not help if using the chiller as were bypassing the HE whenever it is engaged as we cant chill the entire outside. A large resivoir tank is a must though for stored chilled coolant so less fluctuations.

all fittings are Automotive HVAC type. The killer chiller is the system using plumbing fittings, etc.

I would like to see the parts close up. So you are saying the AC part has no threaded fittings?
