Let me guess your now in your mid to late 30's?
I turned 39 and my dang body fell apart but 6 years later all has been repaired and near 100% again. I was feeling like an old man but now feel 30ish again.
BTW stay away from the chiropractors especially if you have serious pain and go see a surgeon or seek physical therapy.

Lol. Probably right. I'm 34. Agreed about chiropractors. I swear they really screwed my back up the one time I went. Couple days later went to my actual doctor, had MRI, talked to neurosurgeon and scheduled surgery. It's going to be a sad time after the surgery until I can drive my car. It's hard enough as it is driving a manual as my left foot is numb most the time. :(
