If you're coming up I-35 from the south (which I am assuming is the case since you're in Eagle Pass) you'll exit for Topperwein Road which is right before you hit Anderson Loop (1604) on the north side of town. When you get to the light at Topperwein, you'll take a right onto Topperwein, and you'll want to make a left at the first driveway you come to. The parking lot will be roped off and there will be a guy at the end right in front of the building that will take your $5, give you a coupon and you can come in and find a place to park
