Your probably just stressed out with everything going on. I doubt the seats themself are causing it.
The only real way to see the disks is a MRI. Cat scan and xray are waste of electricity when it comes to disk issues.
Get a Cervical MRI scan of your spine. You probably have a mild bulge or degenerative disk disease.
