Thanks Sigma.... I called the one number and it did not work. At that point I called the dealer and instead of talking to my sales guy I talked the the person that does the ordering. She looked around on their system and finally found the event history on my order. She had never done that before so was somewhat surprised. Anyway....I got what I was looking for and she is now going to keep an eye on it for me.
