I don't see how it could be easier, Mod007. After the stock pipe is cut, like you said previously, just drop it down a bit, pull forward toward the front of the car to release the hanger pins from their rubber mount bushings and it's done....piece of cake. And as I've said in other threads, the L99 with twin cats and twin resonators in each bank need NO further muffling. Mine with straight pipe replacing the stock mufflers sounds terrific....a slight bit of popping when backing off and not under load (in neutral), but when under load you can downshift at realitively high RPM and it just gives a nice rumble. When you're cruising with constant throttle it's VERY quite. People with the L99 need to save their money, losts of it!
