Thanks for the information on the dificulty of this task. You are right about the rivits. I started drilling them out, but did not get either one finished the first night I worked on it. After reading your post I decided to check around to see how much it would cost me to have the motor installed by a shop rather than taking on the job my self. It was going to run me an extra $160. Some was the fact that the shop who would do the work would only use their own motor and it costs more than the Autozone one I had, but most was the 1-1/2 hours of labor. I decided to pay the extra $160.
