If I understand your paragraph sentence(lol sorry) correctly you are asking if headers will bolt up to your existing exhaust which is an axle back? If that's the case then it probably will as long as the h pipe or x pipe is the same position as stock. Most likely they cut after the midpipe and that won't affect where the headers connect.
