I need a little help - when I'm done excercising about 7:00am
I'll have a protein shake. About 8-10 oz. I am starving, so I
thought maybe I could add something to the drink to sustain
me a little longer. I'll have a yogurt at about 10:00am -
any ideas of what could be added???
