Nothing big, but there has been a new feature yearly (I believe there are a couple others there as well, but these were the first to pop in my head)

....12s got power passenger seats, colored shark-fin...RS tail-lights in all models....13s electric p/s steering pump (?)....not exactly sure...'14s will have fog lights that are really fog lights...lol...but yeah, quality up-grades and subtle improvements every year...'14s and '15s will have the best of all of it....
