Before someone says it (and feel free to, I just am glad my post will not seem to offend as that is not the intent) it IS NOT a happy mother's day for me. I don't have my mother and I don't have my kids.

On top of that I got my hand slapped by a moderator for making a true statement intended to defend female army members. It rather hurt my feelings on a day I was already rather depressed.



So I will say it first, Happy Mother's day to the rest of the mothers.

Sorry Jan...........hope your feelings weren't hurt too much by the moderator...........

And I know some holidays end up bittersweet as we get older..........I know you're a good mom. Happy later Mother's Day though........
