Take a look at a VW GTI. It has a turbo 4 and will be a blast to drive with the 6 speed, or get the 6 speed DSG which is amazing. You should be able to average 26 mpg and get over 32 on the hwy. The GTI has been on Car and Drivers top 10 for a long time for a reason. Drive on and I think you will be surprised. I have the R32 and I Love It.
