Looks to me you can take an xacto knife, or razor blade, and just pick up the top horizontal bar, and lay it back down straight.
You have to REALLY press this stuff down firmly before lifting the top tape, and you have to remove the top tape at a VERY sharp angle when removing.
Oh yeah, and clean the surface with alcohol before applying!
Let me know if it gets messed up, will see if I can cut you a new one if that is your last one.
