You should tell them you're going to do whatever it takes to get their license pulled. File complaints with all relevant state agencies, file a claim in small claims court, etc.
We all plan on it...

Hey Matt I just saw this thread! Good on you bro for posting it!!
I'm going to add it to my signature!!

F* John L Sullivan, I've been meaning to write everyone I know jacked by them and get us all to write a letter, and submit them to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office all at once, so anyone reading this who wants to speak out about this PM me and I will compile a list and then when we all have letters ready I will send the word!

Joerod97 and outlawz I agree with everything you two said!!

Matt, call me when you get this, I can fill you in on a few good dealers I found.
but as a heads up
Novato Chevy (Paul G) and Boardwalk Chevy (Tim Boone) both in redwood city. Novato is $1,000 over MSRP, but that's a heck of a lot better than 4k for cheap crap. Their wait can possibly be short. Boardwalk has a 5 month wait, but they honor supplier pricing. Same with Ron Macmulkin in New Hampshire. Great guy, and Scotty at Newman as we all know, all of these guys are great! Honest and straight forward.

Nice Avatar pic too
