Had a long post, but instead I will post this.
The price for the GT500 is not for a Mustang with "x" amount of power, its for a forged engine, upgraded suspension, upgraded tranny/clutches and a warranty to wrap it all up with. That is what you are paying for.
You will not get that piece of mind with any other MUSCLE car. Including a GT.
