As long as you don't pump the brakes or the clutch while you have the reservoir off and the clutch hose off the clutch master cylinder then no air will get past either of those two points and you won't have to bleed the system (unless you want to flush the fluid in both systems with all new fluid).
Then when you put the new clutch fluid in the new separate clutch reservoir I just had to wiggle the new clutch hose around up and down and in towards the brake master cylinder to get the air bubbles to start coming out. Then I would lightly tap on the clutch hose to help the bubbles work them selves out and again I would keep wiggling the hose around up/down, and in towards the brake reservoir again. If you put clutch fluid in and it fills up the new reservoir right away but doesn't drain down into the hose then you know that none of the air came out of the hose.
I haven't had a chance to really drive my car after the install but from moving it around in the garage I didn't feel like there was any air in the clutch or the brake system.
